Mommy's little helper :)

When I take pictures of my layouts, cards and projects I set it up in my dining room and take a few shots of each to get the right angle.

I was doing just that the other day and felt my little shih-tzu Stitch poke his head between my knees to get a better look (and some attention!) I'm not sure if approved of what was going on
but he sure wasn't going to be left out! :)

I could not resist...I just had to get a picture of his little helper face! :)

A day at the beach....

We spent Saturday down on the seawall as a family ~ such a great way to spend an afternoon! I am always so amazed that I get to live somewhere that is so beautiful!

The tide was so far out that you could actually walk between two of the islands...but you have to watch to make sure you are back on the right side when the tide comes back in! :)

You and Me Kit Workshop

I will be hosting a Workshop on the You and Me Kit on Tuesday July 5th.

To take part in this workshop all that you need to purchase is the You & Me Kit which is currently $16.50 with partial proceeds going toward relief for the areas in the US that have been hit by tornadoes recently.

I absolutely LOVE everything about this kit! The colors are beautiful! The stamp set is amazing....I have to fight with myself not to use the swirl in everything I do! :)

Father's Day Card

This is a great buckle card that I made using the Miracle paper pack ~ one of my favorites! I am so pleased to be way ahead of myself with this! I'm usually making my card the day before or even sometimes the day of the event! Need to kick that habit!!

Family Time!

Last night my husband connected with his older brother who he has not seen in 17 years!!! Crazy how fast time can fly if you don't pay attention!

Only 3 of 4 siblings were able to get together on this leg of the trip.

All in all a fun evening...and I don't believe there was a quiet moment in the house! :)

I am very sad that I will be missing convention for CTMH ~ it is taking place in Anaheim so I am pretending to be there by scrapbooking the trip we took there last year! :)

California Adventure

I love scrapbooking our vacations! It takes me back to the sights, sounds and excitement of the trip we took!!

In these pics Madison looks very happy...but she was sick of us taking her pic by the fourth letter...what trooper! :)

Sophia Workshop pages with pics

Colorful California!

Californian Adventure was such a great place for us to visit! Looking back at our vacation pictures these shots were just dying to have a vibrant and colorful background. I used our spray pens to get the various colors on the background and cut 1 inch strips of 5 different colored card stock to add more color.

My husband said this is his favorite layout I have done! :)

New card class coming up....

How is it that Sunday evenings are so sad? Is it the ultimate reality that the dreaded Monday morning is around the corner??

Well I thought this would be a great time to announce my upcoming card class!

We will be making this great holder and 6 cards with envelopes to go in it!

The class will be taking place on Monday June 20th at 6:30pm. Cost for the class is $18 and includes everything but adhesive.
