I can not believe that we have finished our 2012 calendar!! Great job everyone and I hope you enjoyed
making it as much as I did!
My calendar has been given away and is currently away on an adventure to Australia...not sure how the
calendar got that gig and not me...but whatever :)
The December page was so picking cute thanks to the amazing design work of fellow CTMH consultant
Tracey Saunders. You can find her blog at gr8scraps.blogspot.com She has posted the detailed
cutting instructions for the fabulous reindeer that I used on the calendar below. That lady is so talented!!
Tomorrow night is our last Workshop on the Go for 2011! We are doing the Wonderland Kit which I am so in
love with! The brown and blue is AWESOME!
The two layouts we will be making are:

Sooooo excited about Christmas!! Have been working away on presents and crafts - I love it! This is definitely my passion in life and it brings me so much happiness! I love
creating and sharing :)
Now if only I could commission some little elves to come and clean my house up and finish the last little bit of decorating I would be set!
The two Workshop on the Go packs for Christmas as both so gorgeous that I couldn't choose between them! So tomorrow night is the first one.
Here are the pages we will be doing for our upcoming Believe Workshop:

Mischief Workshop on the Go
It's time for our Mischief Workshop on the Go tomorrow night! This is a wonderful kit and the scrolling cobweb is absolutely GORGEOUS!!
The first layout is going to use four 4x6 portrait pictures.
The second layout is going to use two 4x6 landscape pictures and one 4x6 portrait picture. There is also five 2x2 pictures used along the bottom. You can use more or less of them. This is a great place to use pictures that have scenery or duplicate pictures.

2012 Calendar
I have been working like crazy getting projects finished. I wanted to show the 2012 Close to my Heart calendar that my calendar club has made this year. We have met once a month with November being our last class...so sad :(
The calendar club has been a great social get together and at the end of it the ladies have a wonderful calendar to give as a gift for Christmas...although...I've been hearing a lot of "I don't want to give this away...I love it!"
Each one of the months has a spot to put a picture or two if you wanted to do that and then once the year is complete you could disassemble and put into page protectors and voila...you have scrapbooked 12 pages as well! Genius!
With that in mind I will be offering the calendar kit for those who would like to make a duplicate :) Please email me at 1026designs@gmail.com for details.
Here is what we have done so far...not including our December month:

Well, as you can see...I have been playing around with the blog template...again :) I have a bit of an obsession with change that anyone that knows me will confirm :) It's one of my endearing qualities...isn't it??
I have to say I am absolutely in love with this new background and template set! So gorgeous!! May have to give designing a try in my next life :)
As you can see, the old white background signature is not looking so hot on the black background so I needed to change it and post so that I can see if it is now correct and looking pretty. Here's hoping!
I am off to work on the Calendar for my Calendar Club that is meeting tomorrow night...only one more month after this and our calendar will be completely done! What memories when you look through that calendar in 2012 :)

Naughty and nice gift tag
I came across this saying along my internet travels and I apologize I do not remember where I saw it :( I just had to design a tag to go with it!
The little owl is from the set Bundled Buddies and is just too cute for words!
Again the shapes were cut with my Art Philosophy cricut cartridge...what can't you cut with this??
Thanks for stopping in!

Frightfully Delightful treat box
Last night our local movie theater hosted an event for teenagers to go to the movies from 11:45pm to 5:45am so I have been awake since the wee hours of the morning to do pick up duty :)
My daughter is understandably sound asleep (poor girl ended up getting a cold last night...) and my husband had to work today. So that means I was able to have some quiet time to craft! :)
Other than fighting with the cat for my chair of course!
I started off with a little halloween treat box which I believe I will fill with a little something for my co-workers. I love the colors of autumn and I just bought the Autumn Terracotta ink pad and
re-inker and I love them!
The box was cut using the Art Philosophy Cricut cartridge and it was cut on the Expression machine with the setting "fit to page".
Thanks for stopping in!

Halloween french fry box...
I am absolutely flabbergasted that it has been that long since I have been on here to post! I have been here often but seem to have many things distracting me away before I can add a post...well...I'm not leaving this seat until I get this posting done! :)
I am so excited to be ahead of the game this year! I am already about 1/2 way done my Halloween "treats" for the little ghosts and goblins that will come ringing our doorbell at the end of the month :) I love all the colors that go along with Halloween and am a big fan of the "cutsie" side of it :)
We usually get about 100 kids every year so if it wasn't for my Cricut I would not have been doing this type of project. It is so easy to cut these out and put them together that I just had to do it! I can't wait to see the kids faces!
I cut the fry box at 8". The belly band is 10 inches long and 1 inch wide. The circle was cut at 1 3/4 " with the cricut and the scallop circle was cut at 2 1/4".
In each container will be a couple mini chocolate bars and on the back of that is a package of gum.
So adorable!

Snowflake and tree Christmas cards...
This time of the year is my absolute favorite!! I love seeing all the colors of fall and the build up to Christmas so I am in my glory right now! :)
You will notice that I will be posting Christmas and Halloween projects for the next little bit because I think it is never too early to start getting ready :)
Today I was able to finish up this set of Christmas cards with matching box ~ and I absolutely LOVE it!!!
I used the Card Chatter stamp set, the October Stamp of the month for the tree and the Art Philosophy Cartridge to make the card itself.
I will be hosting a workshop on this set with the date being announced this weekend!

Studio J pages - created 5 double page layouts in 3 hours!!!
I have to say I do enjoy scrapbooking the old fashioned way with paper and embellishments. Since I have signed up for the Vancouver Regionals we are given 5 double page layouts through Studio J for free! Well...I can't pass that up! I am also very curious to see these printed out in 12 x 12 to see what I think.
This morning I sat down to get started on my layouts since the deadline is September 20th to complete them. I have to say I was a little worried that I had left this so late.
The hardest part was going through my memory card to decide which pictures I wanted to showcase in my layouts.
Once I uploaded all of my pictures into Studio J it couldn't have been easier to pick my layouts and design my pages including journalling! I am so impressed!
I do not believe I will ever become a digital scrapbooker exclusively (I enjoy the social aspect of the traditional way too much!) but I have to say it was nice to get so many pictures done at once!
