Wicked Halloween gum box

Anyone who knows my daughter knows that she LOVES gum....can not remember the last time she was without it! :)

I am always looking for new ways to decorate it up for little holidays and this is what I have come up with for Halloween.

This petal box is made with the new Art Philosophy cricut cartridge and the stamp is from the August Stamp of the Month.

I've been trying to decide what I am going to make to hand out for Halloween..this one is in the running...but my creating isn't over! Better get in gear though since we generally have about 90 kids come to the door! :)

Craft Birthday card

Tonight I decided to get to work on my sister's birthday card ~ since it is a couple weeks away that is amazing for me! :) I tend to get my cards done as I am walking out the door or as I am on the way to the post office! I know...so BAD! I am trying to turn over a new leaf :)

I just love these new craft cards and this is the first one I have played with so far....I'm pretty happy with the end result. I used the Wicked paper because her favorite holiday is Halloween! Hope she likes it!

Sonoma Workshop on the Go - Tomorrow night!

Hi everyone,

Tresa Black's award winning album

I just finished watching this video from another CTMH consultant - Tresa Black. This album won first place at regionals and all I can say is WOW!!! I will let the video say the rest!

Wonderland Birthday Cards

I just LOVE the new Wonderland paper pack! So gorgeous! Even though it is part of the winter pack it is really versatile! These two birthday cards came together so easy using the Art Philosophy cartridge with my cricut!

Whale Watching Tour!

We took our family on a whale watching tour this weekend. Even though we have lived on this island for 11 years now we have never done this! Crazy! We were lucky enough to score a Groupon (love them!) discount and got a good deal on the tour.

When we first arrived we had to suit up in big red suits...not for the fashion conscious! We hiked down the hill and to the boat looking like we were a Nasa team off to the rocket launch! Quite a site to see!

Once we "gracefully" boarded the boat in our suits we were all ready to go!

The weather turned out to be ideal - sunny and as calm of waters as we could expect - Perfect!

We were lucky enough to see humpback whales and not only that but a mother with her baby! They were happy to show off for us and even jumped out of the water! For the baby we were told, this is called breaching - what a sight!

On the tour we also saw sea lions, sea otters, seals and a ton of birds! This includes one that I was not even aware of...the puffin.

As we headed back to shore we were treated to the site of two Eagles soaring the skies! They looked fantastic...until the started to swoop down on a poor seagull that was sitting on the water with little hope of survival! Luckily...the eagles did not make off with their prey in front of us! I know...circle of life and all...but I was happy to not be a part of that!

Now I'm off to work on design ideas for the Calendar Club!

Halloween Pillow Box

Here is my first posted creation with the new goodies from the Autumn/Winter 2011 Catalog!

The new cricut cartridge was used to cut out the pillow box and it is a fair size to be able to put some extra special treats in there! :)

I LOVE the new B&T paper - this is part of the Mischief package.
