The new catalog is ready to go TOMORROW!!!

Well...I have worn out my copy of the new catalog...it is tabbed, divided and very thoroughly loved :)

I have to say this is my favorite catalog so far!

It is live and able to be seen on my website tomorrow! You can also request a copy from me if you are like I am and prefer to flip pages and hold it in your hand :)

That being said...I am in a BLOG HOP tomorrow with some fabulous CTMH consultants so you will get a look at some of the spectacular creations that can be made with our new goodies!!

I think the angels are singing!! My catalogues have arrived! My catalogues have arrived!!!

Oh happy day!! Now off to get my fill and start creating with those wonderful Stamp of the Months....new creations will be posted soon!

The shipping life of my catalogues...

Well...the new Autumn/Winter catalogues for Close to My Heart were shipped to me on July 12th...however I do not have them yet. For those of you who see me every day...you know how much this has been taunting me!

So I have come up with the shipping life of my catalogues to make me smile while I patiently...ahem...wait :)

Hope you enjoy!

Day 1: We are all boxed up and on our way to our new home! So excited!!

Day 2: Spent the night in Utah at the depot...not very exciting as that is right around the corner from where we were boxed. Optimistic this little speed bump in the road is only temporary and we will be on our way soon!

Day 3: We have made it to Idaho!! Whoo Hoo...we're really rolling now....man there are a lot of potatoes here!

Day 4: Really pick up speed now!!! We're in Seattle...waiting our turn to go through customs...oh wait...here we go...all cleared and ready to
cross the border to Canada....I can see the red and white flag from here!

Day 5: Hhhhmmm....not sure what happened...still in Seattle...getting a little bit of dust on us while we wait here...

Day 6: Are you serious...Seattle is great and all...but what is going on? I hear there is good coffee here....guess I will have to get myself some....

Day 7: Ok...come on! 3 days waiting!!! We have cleared customs some time ago....just waiting to cross that lovely border...What is the deal!!!

Day 8: Sometime last night we must have been moved along our way...however our driver is confused and seems to think we are still in Vancouver...I am sure this looks like Nanaimo though...oh way...there is my new home!!!

Oh no!!!! My owner is not home....since she thought I was still in VANCOUVER!!!

I am sure...she will come and get me on her way home tonight...I know how excited she is to see me too....wait...what do you mean we have to be caged up until tomorrow because our office is open for 2 hrs every day and that is only 6:30am - 8:30am!!!!

THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!!

Well....I have faith that tomorrow....we will connect...and all will be right in the world :)

Autumn/Winter 2011 Close To My Heart Catalogue....

Is almost here!!! Our convention is happening this weekend in Disneyland....so sad I'm not there :( The goal is to attend next year!

I've been watching the message boards and one of the greatest things is.....we will have a Cricut cartridge that matches some of our stamps!!!

How awesome is that???!!!

I can not wait to get my hands on the new catalogue!!

Beauty

One of the things I most enjoy living on an island is spending time at the ocean. There never ceases to be an abundance of sights, sounds and smells to take in.

We love to check out the sea life that shows up - this time we saw a beautiful purple starfish that was enjoying the shallow water.

There is never a shortage of picture opportunities ~ it helps me stay in
the moment and appreciate how lucky we are!

The day we were down at Piper's Lagoon there was a wedding taking place! I have to say the couple were very lucky with the day they had! They scooped one of the first nice Saturdays of the year! So happy for them and all their guests!

Mayberry Workshop on the Go

I can not believe we are already almost half way through July!! Seriously!! And who stole the sun this year?? I think we have had 4 days of summer so far! Crazy!

Well...I guess that gives us more time to play in the craft room then :)

Here are the pages that we will be doing during the Mayberry Workshop on The Go. I just LOVE this kit! The color are amazing and I love that you can do two layouts from the same kit that do not look similar!
